The short version: be kind in races, and walking is at your own pace and risk.

Your account

One account per person. On iOS, you create your account with Sign in with Apple; on Android, you create your account with Google Sign-In. You're responsible for activity on your account.

PRO subscription

PRO is billed and delivered through the app store you installed from:

On iOS, PRO is billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription auto-renews for the same term unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's subscription settings.

On Android, PRO is billed through Google Play's billing system. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription auto-renews for the same term unless you cancel before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in the Google Play Store's subscription settings.

Prices are shown before purchase and may change on renewal with advance notice.

Refunds

On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds follow Apple's refund policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

On Android, purchases are processed by Google, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy — request one at Google Play Help.

We can't issue refunds directly since we never handle your payment.

Fair play

Step data must come from walking — strapping your phone to a ceiling fan gets a challenge disqualified. We may remove accounts that abuse races.
